The Wasco County Republican Central Committee
We are the grass roots of the GOP in Wasco County.
Welcome to the official Wasco County Republican Central Committee website. The core of this politically minded volunteer group are the Precinct Committee persons who are elected by the registered members of the Republican Party in Wasco County.
The mission and duty of the Wasco County Republican Central Committee is to elect Republicans to public office, promote the platform of the Oregon Republican Party, insure the growth of the Republican Party in Wasco County through outreach and voter registration, and to plan, organize, administer and finance the Central Committee’s operations to accomplish the other stated purposes.
The functions of the County Central Committee are to:
- Serve as the governing body of the Wasco County Republican Party
- To provide resources and support to elect Republican candidates
- Recruit and train Republican candidates for boards, commissions, and elected offices
- To grow the Republican Party in Wasco County with voter registration outreach
- To participate in the local, state and federal governing process
- To be participants with the Oregon Republican Party
